Couples looking for a decent place

The rooftop bar and pool were nice, perfect for some evening relaxation. Wanted to just sit back and enjoy a drink while looking at the view after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

The room was comfortable, though a bit small, and the mattress wasn’t the greatest. Breakfast options were good, but customer service could use some improvement regarding pricing clarity.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel. It's a perfect base for exploring amazing spots like Questacon and the Australian War Memorial. Plus, the rooftop bar is a nice touch! However, skip the pool if you want a warm swim.

The lounge chair in our room made it feel cramped and was unnecessary for our stay.

I enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and a nice restaurant. Being just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Darling Harbour and nearby attractions like the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium was a great advantage for my weekend exploration.

The room was nicely presented and super clean, which was great. I loved how dark it got when it was time to sleep, thanks to those heavy curtains. Location was spot-on too, central to everything we needed. Just a little cramped with a chair that seemed extra. Overall, it was comfy and did the job well!

The balcony in my room felt lackluster, with poor lighting that made it hardly worth the extra cost. Additionally, the pool scene could use some stricter rules since sunbeds get reserved by guests who aren't even around, limiting space for others. Parking was also a pain—I ended up paying $45 for valet service, and the additional $25 charge from the cinema car park didn’t sit right with me.

I loved the contemporary decor and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The facilities were easily accessible, making it convenient for senior guests like myself to navigate and enjoy my stay comfortably.

More assistance with bookings would enhance the experience.

Upon check-in, my room didn't resemble what I booked!!! It's misleading to say all balcony rooms appear identical. Be cautious with parking validation. I ended up paying more due to misinformation!!! Attention to room cleaning schedules is essential too!!!
